Awsome a must have for kids! Since there so careless about there belongings at a yound age

I set up an appointment and was seen the same day. My tv wind up not working so the warranty was cashed in and got my.money back on a gift card. So highly recommend especially for open box items.

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

I would say highly professional and fast. I always will get a warranty through them.

Geek squad agent was informative and explained everything so I could understand recommend a warranty for everything well worth the money

Best Buy only offers 2 years instead of 5 years on their Geek Squad Protection Plan. 2 years is better than no years. It’s a must anything you buy from Best Buy.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.
