Must Have protection, anything can happen! Better safe than sorry.

Purchased this to go with our new home office printer and I hope I don't need to use it but good insurance if the unit fails and we need it replaced. Giving it 4 stars because I haven't actually ever had to use one of these protection policies so I don't know if there will be any kind of hassle in actually doing so.

Overall my experience was awesome with my tv replacement, my TV went out and I had no problem resolving the issue with guidance from the team and purchase of warranty.

Haven't had to use it yet but I rest assured the protection is there if I need it. Any questions I had were answered at the time I purchased it.

I purchased this protection for my Vizio TV and I hope I never use it. It's very versatile that you don't have to worry about lugging your tv to a repair shop if it needs service.

The protection was easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it.

Have thankfully, not had to use this protection plan, but with the size of the purchase and TV, the knowledge that Best Buy will fully replace the TV with an existing or newer model TV, within the coverage period, made this a worthwhile additional purchase.

Geek squard found the problem with my lap top, and best buy replaced it with no problems.
