I like getting the Geek Squad Protection because technology today can be intimidating. Having Geek Squad ready to help me solve any problems that come up when I have questions or issues. They are responsive and know right away how to fix the issue.

Geek Squad is great! It’s nice to know I can call on them for repairs and questions!

I (thankfully) haven't needed to use my warranty yet, but Best Buy made it super easy and affordable to protect my purchase!

I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .

Not has to use yet. Maybe in the future. Nice to have.

Our 1 year old Insignia TV lost the picture. I was fortunate to have purchased the Geek Squad Protection. The technician came to the house, assessed the issue and ordered a part. He assured us that he would return the next week and install the new part. When he came back to install, the TV failed. He promptly said "You get a new TV". He gave us a voucher for a same/similar TV. We had to return the dead TV. We promptly went to the Best Buy store, turned in the dead TV with the components, and they directed us to the TV dept. We found the same TV, one year newer, and completed the transaction. When we brought it home and set it up, everything loaded up from the Amazon account, and we were able to enjoy the evening. We recommend the Geek Squad, they were very professional and very accommodating to our needs.

The floor sales person was highly helpful by showing what was on sale that i was able to afford the 60" tv.

Worth it! Their services have assisted me in the past with Apple products and any questions I had.

Usually extended warranty's are not worth the price, but with Best Buy I love it. When I had a problem in the past, Best Buy has taken great care of me with no hassles. They have made good when it counts. I may not get the additional protection, but for electronics which can have a high failure rate I always purchase from Best Buy and get the added protection. From what I have read and experienced their coverage is the best and typically the longest. I know of enough people who's TV has died after a year and a half (after the warranty), who were out of luck as they did not purchase the extended coverage. Also, I prefer buying TV's and many items at Best Buy vs all the competitors including Amazon who has given me terrible customer service.

Knowing my items are protected makes me sleep better! ;)

I purchased the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for the Pioneer - 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV that I bought as a gift for my son's birthday.

if there’s ever a problem within the five-year warranty if they can’t fix it or there is no part available they swap out the TV for a brand new one no problem the following year model you just have to pay for another five year warranty. Can’t say anything more better for Best Buy will still be a customer.

Great help is setting up the new iPad I bought for my father in law
