    When one of our screens got cracked it was not covered by this plan. The glasses I these tvs r paper thin and just a small wrong twist can break them. And it's not covered. Plan on having to purchase a whole new tv. I've had to replace two now.

    My TV died after 3 years. Called and had someone out in a day. The phone wait times are long but thats normal.
