Haven’t used it for my tv yet and I’m hoping vizo will take care of me after the two year

Great tv..but it literally just died 05 12 2022.. purchased February 2020. Warranty just expired..

Not sure it was worth it. Was led to believe it piggybacked the manufacturers warranty, but it doesn't.

I bought for my TV, I haven't used this service yet. I could not say its poor or excellent.

Worth it till the item may have a defect at no fault of your own that their so called smart squad deems it as a physical damage.

Hear it covers burn in pictures so that's why i bought it. But expensive

Every time I go in I end up having to upgrade, or replace what I took in. Always a problem that ends up costing more money.

Contacted them when I had issue with TV and scheduled appointment which wasnt for a week. The technician didnt show up and instead just called and said he would be ordering all internal parts for my tv and that I would have to call and reschedule an appointment which wasnt going to be for another week. Leaving me at minimum without tv for several weeks. With the price of tv and warranty I feel like customer service should be better and held to a higher standard. Very poor business practice! Extremely disappointed customer!

We scheduled install of our two tv wall mounts and the team arrived saying they couldn’t mount the tv due to having metal studs. Would have been nice to have known if they didn’t do specific installs prior to waiting for the scheduled appointment. Had to hire a different team who installed our TVs without any barriers and have had no issues so not sure why team at Best Buy weren’t capable.

Never utilized Geek Squad so I don’t find there to be an advantage to paying for it.

I'll have to wait and see on this. I have not made a claim yet or submitted a repair so I'll have to rate it neutral for now.

It's ok so far. I need to get more familiar with this protection plan. I would like to buy more stuff from Best Buy and get the protection plan to see how it benefits me

Unfortunately, 2 years later and we have to get the tv replaced. It started smoking out of nowhere after about 2 years and 3 months from the time of purchase. The tech came and assessed that it was the screen and power supply. It was too expensive to render repairs so they credited us the cost of the tv. Definitely will not buy the same tv again.

Bought this due to the TV I was buying was on a black Friday sale. Have yet to use this. The price was worth it though for the peice of mind it gives though.

Have not had an occasion to use this service yet. Will advise.
