I have the plan in case I need it, these days products last a lot longer than in the past.

Excellent TV. Best Buy always has the best prices and services.

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

I purchased additional protection to make sure I would have no issues. I was replacing a tv that had only lasted 2 years so this seemed like a great value.

Geek Squad is great, making an appt is not easy and it was canceled twice, there is no way to just get a new appt time, also language barrier is a problem. But actual techs were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, thanks to Paul and company!

Always get it. You never know when you might need it.

I've been running the LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for about a year and a half now and I'm still impressed. It just looks amazing. Not since I bought a plasma TV have I been this impressed.

Seems like a good service. Covers most of what the manufacturer's warranty too. Not a bad price for what you should be able to get out of it.

I bought the 5 year protection plan and hope I never have to use it for my Sony tv but just in case the geek squad protection plan is as good as it gets from Best Buy.

I enjoy having the extra protection on my equipment for piece of mind
