It’s always standard to get a protection plan for a new television or computer. It gives me a piece of mind to know it’s there when you need it.

Had this for my old tv and after two years my tv started acting up and needed to be replaced. So I would definitely recommend getting this with your purchase.

I like to buy replacement or protection plans in case of those oops moments or hardware failure. I haven’t had to use it and hopefully I won’t have to.

This is a great service, well, when you can get someone. It goes either way so it's hard to say. Seems when you get someone to help you that is good, they are very good, but when you get that other guy...doesnt go so well.

It is good to have someone to ask questions about products so you will know what’s going on with the product. All Geek Squad members I dealt with were knowledgeable.

I recently bought and new Sony Bravia and decided to spend the extra money on this plan. I have not had to use it but the plan seems very thorough and seems like it would cover any issues that may arise.

This is nice to have because its peace of mind for the years it’s covered

I did not purchase insurance prior, but have found that it is great to have just in case. I would rather be safe than sorry. Hope i never need to use it but a great advantage just in case.

The geek squad coverage seems like the way to go as opposed to the standard manufacturers warranty. Simply for us because they will come out for repairs or you can take it to them instead of shipping to it out

Having the geek squad protection plan after my warrenty ends is great. It really gives me a great peace of mind. Plus the price is reasonable.

So far haven’t used it. I get exceptional service from the store on items I don’t have this service for so I can only image it will be better with it.
