Every single time I had to bring a product back never had a problem. Computer problem they take care of it or replace it. Best Buy is the best when comes to warranty and geek squad

Two months after my warranty expired, HALF of my screen went black. I replaced it with a new 55” Samsung, but purchased a 5 year warranty. Hopefully this TV will make it past 2 years.

However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

Several years ago I bought a router & didn’t buy the extended warranty and it died! I had to call the manufacturer and had to wait months for a new one! Don’t learn the hard way!
