Definitely worth the money for a five year warranty on the TVs

Awesome protection that was available when I purchased the TV.

They were nice and helpful when my TV screen went black. I tried for hours to reset it by unplugging it and waiting and plugging it back in to the power outlet. Nothing worked.

Haven’t had to use so great! I’m sure when I need this it will come in handy.

Feel better knowing if needed can use this extra protection for my tv.

About 3 years ago I helped an old friend who is very technologically challenged by a 58” tv. I made sure she bought the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. Just in case. We the just in case happened and the tv failed. I called Best Buy on her behalf and was quickly and efficiently forwarded to a really patient and knowledgeable customer service representative . Following a few questions he informed me the tv was not repairable and that the full purchase price would be refunded. We talked about applying that amount to a newer better larger tv and within 5 minutes delivery date was set. We, of course opted for a new 5 year warranty. A few days later new set arrived and old one taken away. I installed the new set and my friend could not be happier. Great service.

The agent that came to my home told me that instead of getting a new Roku remote and trying to figure it out with my older tv and Roku 2 player, just go ahead and get a Roku tv. He was able to find a Roku tv that would fit in my entertainment center on Best Buy's online store. All I had to do was pay for it online and wait for delivery. Over all I am satisfied. I owned an older model—store bought, new—for 7yrs. before it stopped working recently. so I decided to buy the newest model. I must say I am extremely satisfied. Video, sound, and gaming graphics—all which pair nicely with my ps5–are superb. The size is perfect for the bedroom not to exaggeratingly huge or small and I had to stop using my sound bar because the sound quality of the new tv was exceedigly better—the tv being mounted. Overall extremely satisfied.

Never buy electronics without buying the ertra warranty. If something is going to happen to any piece of electronic equipment that you buy and you dont have the warrenty, you just wasted your money on the product
