I’ve used my Geek squad service in prior years and the service was well worth it. Inexpensive and you can’t be it

Excellent service, the TV had a problem and they come to your house for any TV over a certain size. The person was clean, polite and neat. They took the back off and could see there was no funny business, don't try and fool these people they know what they are doing. The code came up that the TV was NOT ECONOMICALLY VIABLE TO REPAIR so i was given credit for the amount i paid towards any new TV at Best Buy. Ever since then i get a warranty with everything i purchase at Best Buy.

Worth every penny. Best buy has the best warranty hands down.

I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

I feel the folks at Geek Squad are patient, kind, and professional whether I contact them day or night. Most of the time we get the issue resolved online. There has been only 2 times where they said I needed to bring it in to the store. I believe it has been worth the fee because I live in a rural area and it is a 30 mile drive from my town to my Best Buy store.

My purchase was an AMAZING one i really have had great help from anyone ive spoken with. I would tell anyone that needs to get a gtrat purchase to go to best buy the customer service is AWESOME and the service is great. Thank you all for your help

The 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a very important addition to any appliance or electronic purchase you make at Best Buy. It gives you the added confidence that should any problem arise with the item, you know that the Best But Geek Squad team is there to assist & rectify any problem with your product. It is a very good addition to any purchase you make both for yourself or for items purchased as gifts.

Hopefully we never have to use it, but in the past this service was well worth it.

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

I had the Geek Squad warranty. I had an issue i made the call to them with in 2 days they came by diagnosed the problem as a bad mother board . I was told the geek squad service would replace it at no cost . They contacted me within a day & schuled an exchange day . It took about 6 days from start to finish they picked up & delivered the new . All in all its worth it .

I wish I can give 0 stars. The worst experience I’ve EVER experienced with Best Buy and I always have them install stuff. The one guy was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He didn’t do anything I put in my order and kept saying it wasn’t there. Then they didn’t even finish setting up my tv. If this the type of people they have working with them now I won’t be coming back! From the start to the end the man was Rude, rude, rude!!!! I asked for the cord to be hidden in the order, he said it wasn’t in there (in a snarky tone). I asked for the old tv to be relocated in the order. He said oh no I’ll have to charge you (again in a rude tone). He left without setting the tv up, but honestly I didn’t want his negative rude self in my house any longer anyways. Never again!!!

100 percent worth the price for the televisions , I have used it twice.

I haven't had to use the Geek coverage I got for my new TV, so that is good. I haven't had anybody I know tell me, "Boy, I sure am thankful that I got that Geek coverage for my item!", but I have to be fair and also say I've never heard any say it was a waste of money. I was a bit baffled that they don't give you anything other than the receipt to explain what I was buying and we all know how some receipts fade with age to a point that they're unreadable. I have spoken with the Geek department about other matters and they were helpful even if the item I had issues with did not have coverage, and I appreciate that.....big time!

Very good service, and often done in a day or so depending on the type of product.

I have always purchased the Geek Squad protection, and Best Buy has promptly honored the service on my computers and TVs.

I purchased this tv over a year ago and absolutely love it. The picture quality is great! I love all the feature with how the UI is set up for all my streaming services. I love the simplicity of the remote.
