I’ll never not use this service after having an issue with the TV. Take it back no questions asked

Have had the service before on an older TV. When that TV had a dead pixel they worked with me and allowed me to just replace it instead of having to wait for the TV to be sent off and wait for the factory to say it was unrepairable. Hoping if anything goes wrong this time I am treated the same.

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

Very reassuring to have the extended 5 year home protection plan for my 65" LG OLED TV. Anything goes wrong and Geek Squad will come to my home to repair without me having to take such a large item back in to the store. Definitely worth the additional cost for this coverage.

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Worth every penny, when repair is not achievable, replacement is quick and easy. Purchase the 5 year plan, items replaced, home theater receiver, 55 inch tv and cd player all in the 5th year

Great picture, doesn’t over heat my sons room, we needed with a smart tv that was big enough to replace his 75inch (Gamer) and this is perfect

This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs

I have used these Geek Squad service agreements in the past. They stand behind their service agreements. I was able to replace a TV that did not live up to its advertisement. I was very grateful for the replacement TV. I am VERY happy that I purchased this service agreement.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo
