I have had excellent experience with geek squad protection plan

the Geek Squad are always very knowledgeable and helpful with any issue I have ever had. I have always purchased this with any TV I have ever bought from them.

Glad that I purchased this plan back when I bought my receiver. It has definitely come in handy.

Had previously bought the extended plan for my 82" samsung. Luckily i did cause tv went out within 3 years. Tv was replaced with no hassles. Bought another extended warranty for this new tv.

I have purchased this protection on several of my Best Buy products over the years and they have replaced one of my TVs and assisted me in troubleshooting and/or repair of other electronic items. Love it!!

I have a toddler that is way to curious for her own good. This was needed.

With all that can go wrong with these new TV's, why would you not buy a 5 year protection offered at such a reasonable price?! Best Buy's Geek Squad has always come through for us, in person and on the phone.

Easy set up. It was affordable and lightweight. My kiddos love it, easy to navigate.

I purchased the 5 Yr Geek Squad Protection Pan for my Purchase just incase the worst happens and I need to Repair or have the Item Replaced. In my Opinion I think it was expensive for a 5 Year Plan. Also, it has many Restrictions that is in Fine Print that it does NOT cover. But in my opinion I paid so much for my TV I wanted to be Safe and not sorry.

I'd recommend an extended warranty with any electronic device. Especially a tv or computer.

LG has great picture and value. Was worth the short wait on black friday.

It was really easy to install. They emailed me the warranty.

The Geek squad team was very willing to help when our television stopped working.

James was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly in setting up the internal features of the TV.

They are quick to come out for a service call. Keep you updated when they will arrive. Guys are friendly and knowledgeable.

Lets hope I never have to use it. I'm glad I have it just incase I know I'm covered.

I like the security knowing the items i buy from best buy is protected. Geek Squad is so helpful with setting up my devices & to help me when i have a problem & i come into the store.
