For me being technology challenged it seems like a safe bet and good investment

Excellent clarity and color. Highly recommend it. Sound from tv speakers is decent and gets plenty loud. The Samsung OS is ok. At first had issues connecting to the internet so had to factory reset the TV in settings and so far so good. Price has gone down by 300 bucks in the last few months. Wait a bit more and might get cheaper lol. By then something else better would come out but for tv movie steaming this really is plenty. Haven’t played games on it yet. But hooked up my laptop with hdmi and works flawlessly.

This was good. After the 2nd TV that stopped working in 7 months I requested a refund from Samsung, Samsung representative said we had to take the TV off the wall we were unable to remove the TV ourself. When our new TV arrive Marcus and Caleb were so kind as to remove the TV and place it in the box for Samsung to pickup. This crew with the Geek Squad is the best, Professional, Respectful and Very kind.

Overall great tv. Great picture, functionality, apps. The ONLY complaint I have is that the tv will start messing up communication from the remote and move erratically, leading to being unable to get to the setting to reset tv, forcing you to unplug the tv to reset it. Which is pretty annoying but other than that we absolutely love the tv!

I could go both ways with geek squad. I have taken in laptops with starting/power issues. Because they happen to start once while the unit is there its fine. Not always. I have had a tech come to my house to repair a tv. The TV didn't work when they came, and worked when they left. But, certain features were never the same or non existant. The tech pulled my control board, looked at it and then the replacement. Apparently the numbers didn't match because he held it in position and had to check that all the connections were the same. The TV just wasn't the same afterwards. Slower, and the picture quality was not the same. I really believe that the replacement board was for a lesser model of the same TV. As far as the warranty that I always purchase on big electronics, I couldn't be happier except when sub standard parts are used. They did end up replacing that tv though. The screen finally went bad and hisense doesn't offer replacement screens. Or didnt at that time.

Very easy to purchase, and with several children in the house, I feel a lot more at ease knowing I have this protection plan.

So far, this is the best protection on the market. Whenever I have an issue with any purchase from Best Buy, the Geek Squad saves the day and fixes my issues promptly!

I purchased the five-year standard Geek Squad protection when I bought my new TV because I like the feeling that if anything goes wrong with my TV in that period of time, I'll have the sense that the Geek Squad will fix any problems they may incur during that period of time

Massive 75-inch Toshiba FIRE TV at a Bargain Price. Took me three days to take apart the old TV, build up the new TV and get it all installed and working. FANTASTIC pictures! Your utility from this service is going to vary greatly depending on the products and services you purchase, The amount of time you are OK with devoting to setting up your own devices, and your level of technical competence and education. For me, this service is not something I would use most of the time - BUT - for certain product categories like OLED displays, the peace of mind is worth the extra cost, knowing I can exchange the display for a replacement if it burns in or has another failure during the warranty period. Overall, it really depends on your personal needs, but this service definitely has its place, and can be a real value depending on your situation.

I really like the product, the color is fantastic and the is amazing. I only find it difficult to setup Lg account. But eventually I got it and I am still installing some apps. But I found Netflix on the remote but any time I tried to download it I don’t get it. But I like the product.

Well the protection plan is a good thing to have because if anything goes wrong they will fix it are replace it
