Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

I purchased the protection not actually thinking I'll ever use it, but when I had to use it I was pleased to see that it was worth the cost. My TV went down and after the Geek Squad came out I literally was given credit to get another TV, no questions asked.

Only problem is three service calls before an exchange. Tech was on time and courteous. Finally after 45 days authorization for exchange was given. Authorized 50 inch as 49 was no longer made with one model drop. Still worth the money !

I have purchased a Geek Squad service agreement on a large television once before and when it failed and required service, a repair person as scheduled quickly. The television was also replaced quickly with me making a choice on the new television at the BestBuy store. Excellent service!!

I have had TV's have an issue after mfg. warranties end. So, by purchasing the extended warranty thru Geek Squad on a few occasions have save myself from buying an entire new tv. In fact, one-time parts were unavailable, and they gave me a card to buy a new tv.

Haven’t had to use but it’s nice knowing they have my back if anything happens!

I think that ut is great knowing that if I have a problem that I can take it to them for help.

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

Warranties are always a plus in my eyes and overall good for business and that’s a 10 in my eyes

I was always that guy that never wanted to get any kind of protection. But please do get the protection because it's something happens in that time frame. You are going to be upset and mad

Definitely protect your stuff people. With all the tech we have you should know by now that things break and or stop working for no reason sometimes.

I had no problem mounting and connecting this tv to the internet. Has the best picture of any 4k tv that I have purchased! The price was very reasonable.

Geek squad sent a technician right away, technician had inspected the tv and could not repair the issue said it was a defect so recommended a refund or replacement, I had no issues with receiving a new replacement, thank you Geek Squad.

Money is tight. I usually don't pony up extra for some warranty the clerk's trying to sell me on top of the warranty that comes with it! But when it's the Geek Squad, I'll take it. It is SOOO much easier & nicer to be able to come down & talk to someone in person versus calling someone a 1000 mIles away that I can barely understand who gives me the run-around anyway! No thanks, I'll take the Geek Squad.

I absolutely love my all in one computer. It's not bulky and very easy to maneuver from one room to another. The touch screen effects are awesome and to actually be able to see everything on the screen is great.

Very nice plan it's a good investment for my TV it's always good to buy a plan

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.
