Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

Previously I was against extended warranties however I had an issue with another TV I purchased several years ago and of course it happened 2 months after the manufacture warranty was not valid. It wont up costing me over $250 to repair and I had to wait a month. Geek Squad protection is worth it bc you never know when you might need it!!!!!

It’s always nice to have that extra peace of mind for any of life’s unecpected moments. 5 years is definitely worth the extra cost.

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.
