I purchased the 5-year plan for my open box 43" LG 4K television. always buy the additional warranty because I believe that you can never have too much protection.

I like to buy replacement or protection plans in case of those oops moments or hardware failure. I haven’t had to use it and hopefully I won’t have to.

This is a great service, well, when you can get someone. It goes either way so it's hard to say. Seems when you get someone to help you that is good, they are very good, but when you get that other guy...doesnt go so well.

Great Purchase I have used this plan before. It Delivers just what it says it will do. If they can’t fix it they will replace it.

I recently bought and new Sony Bravia and decided to spend the extra money on this plan. I have not had to use it but the plan seems very thorough and seems like it would cover any issues that may arise.

The geek squad coverage seems like the way to go as opposed to the standard manufacturers warranty. Simply for us because they will come out for repairs or you can take it to them instead of shipping to it out
