I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Fortunately i haven't had to use, but its always nice to know its there.

Nice to know I'm covered if electronic devices break.

It's better to have an insurance rather than taking some chances on this high end electronics.

The two year replacement plan for our new TV gives us the This is better than relying on the manufacturers warranty.

Five year Standard Geek squad protection is a great way to protect yourself from future expenses I trust it.

The TV looks great when it works, there is definitely an issue with quality assurance when it comes to this TV i have the same one in another room and it works just fine. The new one not so much.

Is a must for me every year. I bring my equipment in for squad to clean up and install anti virus protection

We haven't had a reason to use the Geek Squad yet. Nice to know its protected for a few years in case anything comes up.

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

I would't go a day without it. I love the peace of mind I have knowing I can call the Geek Squad for any of my IT needs,

I always buy the protection plan. I have not had to use it on my purchase--fingers crossed I will never either.

2 year plan protection for only 20.00 is very affordable and includes one time replacement of remote control

Must have for any appliance. Even if the brand is reliable, it's just that peace of mind that matters.

The set up the tv to the soundbar perfectly and made sure it worked

Its nice to know there is a warranty there in case I need it, but hope that I wont need it........so far so good. thanks

That's how much it costs me per day for peace of mind in case my TV breaks in the next five years. I'd say that's worth it.

Great TV for the price! Good sound quality, and great picture quality

Great protection for the money. Don’t have to worry about going through the manufacture on any warranty glams. Plus it covers just about everything except abuse.

I am happy to purchase product protection, thankfully I haven't had to use it, but to have the safe and secure feeling knowing my product has some insurance feels awesome
