Good and I good price for warranty and the extended

Had a large TV that started to fade after 4 years, Geek Squad service replaced it and helped with new install, and guidance and help. Ryan and Dimitri were awesome. great job easy to deal with. Took a week to call, get an appointment to come to the house, assess, replace and correct problem. Really fast turnaround. So glad i got the coverage!

The 2-year Geek Squad protection plan is worth it for major purchases. It’s affordable and provides excellent support for repairs or replacements. Their customer service is quick and reliable.

Great piece of mind for a new TV purchase! We bought this policy to insure that our new TV is covered for 5 years, in case we have any problem wuth it.

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

Best Buy has excellent customer service regarding their service plan protection. When used, they actually repair the issues or replace when needed.

Representative was courteous and thorough and very knowledgeable.

Other stores would offer warranty but for $100 and some change we got the 5 year warranty couldn't resist a offer like that

I used their service once on my computer and they did awesome. They explained fully what was wrong with this and advised me what to do if this happens again. Great people who fixed it.
