When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

Geek squad service has been very helpful and and they know their stuff. I recommend their services.

I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.

Agent or nice and did a great job they bring it up to the stairs and left it on the front stairs and I had to bring it in but they still did a good job thank you

Haven't used itt for things like tv yet, but, based on prior experience, they are a First-rate operation.

The best surround sound hands down. You will not regret it, looking into purchasing one for bedroom.

The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.
