if you purchase a geek squad warranty, you did a right thing, all that i purchased in best buy i bought along a geek squad protection and its a rewarding thing for me and the products,, they will fix it and the technician is good, a very knowledgeable to the product,, two thumbs up for you geek squad team..

Hope I do not need it, but when you put out this kind of outlay, knowing it's covered is great

I would say highly professional and fast. I always will get a warranty through them.

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.

Recently purchased a High End Oled and had an issue, was able to return for replace placement and decided to get pieces of mind with this protection. Also saved a lot on this with Best Buy total tech support.

Great protection plan for the television if something happens to it

After purchasing a Samsung 65 inch TV, I wanted it to be professionally calibrated. The calibration tech came to my house and calibrated my TV in about an hour. It looks AMAZING!!! Very professional. Highly recommended.

They were super helpful and insightful . I literally was in the store for maybe ten minutes

I never usually get protection plans, but it was well worth it when some of my pixels went out. The process of replacing the TV was smooth, and technically was like getting an upgrade since a few years had passed.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3
