Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

I’ve never had to use this service and hope I never do which is why I buy Samsung products.

I obtained the 5 year warranty because we were purchasing a brand of tv that we have never owned before. I hope we will not have to use it, but we feel that if we do Bestbuy will make things right.

Gives me amazing piece of mind, when it comes to the 75" TV because under the terms they come right to your house in the event of a problem.

the geek squad agents did a super job on setting up 65 inch tv. they explained how to set up the apps. I am very satisfied. Ron V

I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan for my 65” Sharp 4K RoKu TV because I thought I definitely needed it for a purchase like this Incase anything goes wrong with my TV. I have not purchased a Sharp before so I really don’t know what to expect from it. I guess I just wanted to cover all my bases and have a peace of mind and not worry all the time.

This OLED TV looks beautiful and runs like a beast for gaming on console and PC.
