Best coverage ever. I take care of things like im 10....so having coverage that will replace or repair for me is a plus

My previous TV (different brand and purchased elsewhere) died unexpectedly after two years and I was operating on a tight budget, so I thought that I would insure this one. You know , if you are superstitious, the best way to guarantee trouble-free service from your device is to buy service protection - but either way you are covered.

I didn’t need to use, but the company is amazing for the customers.

This is the most money Iv ever spent on a TV so getting the protection plan seemed like a no brainer

How do use the service yet but good to know that I have it for two years hopefully I won’t have to use it because the products I bought will be worthy of not needing repair

Been impressed with the professionalism of the service and tech people they are well trained, courteous, and show up when promised.

Had a 65 in tv and used this program, they made it really simple to get a replacement tv and newer model.

I had issues with the tv i purchased and they came out multiple times and took care of it. Tv has been running great. Very nice and friendly

I had a friend to mount my set. It was quick and easy.

Thankfully, i haven’t had to use this yet, but it gives me a lot of peace of mind to have it. With the newer TVs being so large complicated, it’s great to know the Geek Squad will come to troubleshoot any issues and provide support.

Geek squad is nice to have whenever you need them. I do stuff myself most the time though.

Its a really good tv good picture the color good and lots of free channels

Better safe to have protection than not to. T.V works so good i didn't need to report any problems.

Oddly I'm being asked to review geek squad service when I have not yet had a need to use them.

Its great to have this protection. My Insigna T V went out after 2 years and having this protection it was a simple and easy exchange process

I know the Geek Squad is a great addition to Best Buy, I purchased the Warranty, because I trust both Best Buy, and Geek Squad.
