Wasn’t able to use this for my TV. But it’s great for all other devices!!

I always get a protection plan when getting a tv. In the past I had experience minor issues with my TV after time and the protection plan covers me, even if they cannot fix it, they will give the value in gift card to get a new one.

So far I've only had to use it once, but making an appt to get my TV looked at was easy. The store gave me no problems and offered store credit or a replacement.

5 year protection plan? Duh. If you're going to invest a lot of money into a TV (by my measure) be safe. Best Buy has already replaced one of my TVs that could not be fixed. They stand behind their protection plans.

I bought the Totaltech protection that included the additional 2 year Warranty. Peace of mind knowing that I have 'Pros' to rely on is great.

GeekSquad protection is excellent. If you have any problems they will take care of the items you purchased under the plan.
