Love this warranty, recommended by all my friends, including friends that work or worked at Best Buy with nothing but good things to say; needless to say, I bought it. I have yet to use it, so my review may change.

I absolutely swear by your warranties because I have used them on many occasions when my items have issues.

I always purchase the 2-year protection plan when offered. It has helped me tremendously over the years with items that stop working after the 1-year warranty expires.

I would recommend the 5 year protection plan, especially if you have young children. It basically protects you against almost any AND everything

The Geek Squad protection is the very best! I have called them a couple of times and they were able to assist me professionally and they had the utmost respect for me as a customer! I will always have this protection!!!

Currently I have not had to use the service that covers smart tv, but when I call for support they are always attentive to all my questions, and they always call me to ask how we were in the service.

This is my first Best Buy protection plan. I got this cause I take the tv set into the store for service, The plans that I've gotten before the tv set had to be mailed in for service.

The agent helped me guide me through my mount set up and our my WiFi on the tv best

Well worth the price and freedom of mind that you are covered, got it for my last TV that died and everything was covered and taken care of.

I've only had to use this service once. I called the help desk and they were actually able to fix my issue over the phone. I didn't have to pack up and bring to store. Excellent!

Geek squad did a great job on my computer we use for our business. We had some issues with it but they got it out pretty quick and back into business quickly.

Love love love this deal. Purchase it for my oldest daughter. N she couldn't be more happier.
