Ive used geek squad before and will definitely use it again. Any issues i have they are very informative and nice. I can get confused sometimes but they are very patient with my lack of knowledge.

The geek squad guys were extremely professional with the installation. And it is peace of mind to know that i have 5 years of geek squad protection on my tv whenever I may need it.

I always buy the protection plan for items that are easily broken like gaming headsets and vacuums. It’s extremely easy to use.

I haven't used the 5 yr warranty and I hope I don't have to.

When purchasing a $2000 Tv, always get it covered, Best Buy’s protection plan is supreme, even if your tv gets damaged in those 5 years and they fix it, they will still cover you for the remainder 5 years.

We have never had an issue when we used Geek Squad. They are always receptive and able to help.

The 1st agent installed and setup tv and did a thorough job of explaining to me how things work. 2d set of agents mounted tv and installed soundbar. Wish they would have left the manual on how to operate it.

A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

This 5 year warranty is definitely worth it. It gives you an ease of mind if something were to happen when the orginal warranty ends. I always add a warranty on an item like this.

It is worth just having a peace of mind that any issues will be taken care of with their expertise.
