I think it is wise to protect my investment . I have used this service on other Best Buy products and have seen the value in the warranty programs.

Great coverage for the price, can’t go wrong with protecting your investment.

Had to return a tv. They were great. When they couldn’t fix the issue we got credit for a new one. The warranty is awesome Staff is WONDERFUL and knowledgeable

I have not had to utilize this yet (thankfully). This does provide a sense of security and hopefully will be worth the additional cost if an issue arises.

I also get the service plans because of the wear and tear on the devices. Luckily we haven’t had to use them as of yet but I’d rather be safe than sorry!

We always trust Geek squad protection for a new product. They replace it immediately if if can’t be fixed by them. The replacement is a new product.

They were on time, cleaned up during the installation, very please with their professional installation, knowledge of equipment along with attitude of the employees

I always purchase warrantys when purchasing electronics because you never know what can happen to the item you purchased

Great sale for Good Friday extra protection for a good product.

Normally would not get the extended warranty but did in the past and it paid off big time when I had an issue- ended up getting a new TV and install for free.
