This is something I don't wish to have to use. It's good to know I have though. If something happens, I hope I'm covered.

I am pleased with all my purchases to date and the installation. however i was Not able to complete my kitchen purchases due to out of stock item's. Those that i did purchase took 3 months. Meanwhile my Total tech time has already started. This is disappointing. Especially when one item was not even installed because if damage at the factory and no one has contacted me with an update on when they will get one to schedule install. I called Total tech with no answers. Frustrating....

A few years back I had a 55” die and it was replaced with a new and better model. Since then I’m sold on buying the protection plans. Right now I have three of them!

I have never had a problem with the Best Buy team in fact that is why I always buy my TVs from them

How could I not protect my investment? Truly a great value, definitely a no brainier! This is my ultimate tv, I watch it daily.

I am so happy that I bought this it makes me so it is that all my accessories and computers are covered

Very easy to replace tv within 2 year protection time. Just miscommunication on install of replacement

Seems like a fairly decent value on a higher end TV which is what I purchased.

They sent me to 3 different people to try and figure out what was the problem. I was able to understand them with ease.

not sure how to rate something I haven't had to use.but I guess 5 years is nice, it's still way overpriced

Never had any issues with best buy when purchasing the warranty. Always very helpful and have had my tv returned with no hassle. A must have when purchasing any electronics.

Got to have geek squad warrenty for any major purchase if you want to protect your purchase best buy warranty cant be beat

I can not recommend Geek Squad enough. So many electronic devices fail and geek squad is always helpful.

Best Buy truly has the best TV warranty. Especially so if you're purchasing an OLED, as they cover burn-in, while others do not.

I feel well protected under the umbrella of geek squad protection.

A great service to have. If you’re going to spend “real” money on something you might as well make sure that you’re covered.

Got this to be safe for this cheap tv. I have not had any issues at this time.

I would recommend getting insurance for everything!
