Great to know my item is protected with a warranty.

Used their tv repair at home service before. They replaced a defective panel on my tv that would have cost me $500 for free. Don't buy warranty from others and hear "do you have the box your tv came in, you have to send it off yourself to repair center, there's nothing we can do, do you have your receipt from a year ago, I don't really know anything I have to get a manager or any other of the poopie you'll probably hear elsewhere.

The geek squad was friendly and patient with my decision.

Awesome protection that was available when I purchased the TV.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Purchased for a client to add protection at the time as I was unaware of the model. I was just a little more piece of mind at the time of purchase. Well, almost 2 years later, the client returns from a long trip to discover the center of the screen was darkened. Forgetting I had the coverage until i looked up the info to find a similar size (vesa mount was an issue), and discovered i had purchased the protection. A few calls later, it was determined that repair wasn't feasible and replacement for a current model of similar price and size would be initiated. The process went smoothly, they delivered the new set and even took down the mounted set, which was another surprise because I was under the impression i was going to have to do that, but they beat me to it. Overall, very happy I added it to the purchase, the client is very happy as well as they were thinking they were going to have to buy another. Smiles all around!

Nice to have peace of mind in a no-fuss warranty..

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.

I have purchased my last four televisions from Best Buy because of the geek squad protection. The very first time I had an issue they replaced my TV. No questions asked.

Definitely would suggest that 5 year warranty. Makes me feel safer with my purchase.
