I am glad that I decided to get this warranty just in case anything go wrong with my prize possession.

Haven’t needed to use this but knowing i have it gives me peace of mind!

I love best buy greek squad service. I have never had a issue with getting anything fixed.

Product is okay. TV worked fine for a few weeks, but then the sound started to deteriorate. It would either be warbled ( lower quality) or the audio would not match up with the image by a few seconds, causing me to have to do a software reset of the television. Simply turning it on and off did not fix the issues. I invested in a sound bar, and hopwfully that fixes the issue. Otherwise I will be exchanging the TV.

I haven't had to use the warranty for my tv... however for my laptop I used it and they were great. Educational and very helpful.

The team did a great work, fast and efficient job.

A must for big purchases. I have need the protection several times and its never an issue.

Have not had to use this yet. Thank God. But well worth it with the technology. Why take the chance of something happening.

Geek Squad service is a must on every appliance you get. Good service when you really need it.

I recommend getting the 5 year warranty on your tvs. I got my old tv replaced by a brand new one.

Best product protection and support, luckily I have only had to use it two times on warranty items,, but saved me hundreds of dollars.

Great investment. Agents connected washer, dryer, and TV's. Free haul away was even better.

They obviously knew exactly what needed to be done and did it correctly.

I never had to retain their service, I purchased it for peace of mind because life happens and when it does, the end result tends to be costly.

Got it just in case Best Buy employee told me to get it and I can return the device if it’s not working for a store credit or replacement
