Love this tv. It was bought to replace an older model. Apps work great. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi. The tv picture from Sony always looks great. Didn’t adjust anything out of the box. Very satisfied

My sole purpose for shopping Best Buy is The Geek Squad. They are Amazing. I am computer illiterate, When I bought my first laptop, an assistant went above and beyond to see that I got the best laptop at the best price for my needs. A few weeks later he was promoted to Geek Squad. Now I call I ask for him, he takes the time to explain whatever it is i need to know. His name is Teo, hes at the Selingsgrove Pa. Store. As long as Best Buy keeps GEEK SQUAD, ILL KEEP SHOPPING AT BEST BUY.

We had a 5-yr plan w/ our previous TV and it really paid off when it went out and was unrepairable. Thank goodness we purchased the plan. Customer Service staff was so helpful, the GQ was awesome and BB has earned a customer for life.

You cannot imagine the expertise required to make the necessary adjustments to the settings to make a TV picture and the sound perfect. Let the Geek Squad install and calibrate your TV. They really know what they are doing and it really makes a huge difference.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.

Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!
