. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind. I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.

Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!

Was an emergency purchase as my previous tv stopped working at about 7pm. Was able to get to Best Buy about 45 min before closing. Very happy with our new purchase.

Never had issues with the Geek Squad. So far they have done the right thing for the electronics purchased at BestBuy

Great to have peace and mind you are covered after the factory warranty has expired .BestBuy has great customer service on replacement plans.

Very good smart TV. I’m happy. I had LG tv before but not smart and this one is a lot better.

The squad delivered my new tv and removed my old tv. They adjusted all the settings and most importantly showed me how to make adjustments.

I have purchased a Geek Squad service agreement on a large television once before and when it failed and required service, a repair person as scheduled quickly. The television was also replaced quickly with me making a choice on the new television at the BestBuy store. Excellent service!!

Love having the protection on my products in case something happens, because you never know, it's better to buy it than not need it, than to not buy it and need it, especially since the plan is cheaper than having to buy another product! And Geek squad is always so helpful and know what they're doing.

Have had TV for about two weeks. Love the TV for the price display/resolution is well above price point. Controls and interface with smart TV are well above average. One draw back are the speakers. I don’t know if it’s placement or the quality of speaker but they are not good. Made adjustments and still sounds like it’s in a barrel. If you get this tv buy a sound bar and you will be very happy. I recommend with this add on.

To back up my purchase on a great deal on a 4K Insignia 50” TV set, I got the this deal on Geek Squad protection for FIVE years! This is a decent set and if it lasts five years, I will be happy. If it doesn’t I am covered! In five years I’ll be ready for an 8K set. It’s a good bet to purchase this extra protection.

Great deal for a protection plan. Highly recommend especially if you’re forking out a lot of money.
