    When my old tv's screen broke out of nowhere, the Geek squad did all they could, but nothing could be done for the screen, but they gave the credit (the price of the tv) so I could buy another one.

    I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

    Tv picture went out almost completely.. called up and let them know. Had a new tv delivered the next day and they removed the old tv... great service

    My last tv only a 1 year warranty when it broke so that didn’t help. Made sure to get the longer warranty with this new tv.

    Best Buy's customer service has always been tops when I've ever had issues with any products purchased with the available extra warranties, plus the manufacturers warranty. It's Best to Buy the extra protection, from Best Buy!!

    I've never had a problem with their protection plans. Amazing customer service, I'd recommend for tvs in particular since sometimes they come wonky from factory.

    5 year warranty protection on my new tv

    This 5 year warranty was inexpensive protection for a tcl tv that I didn’t know much about. It will save me a lot of worry now that I have it.

    I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I call with any questions (no matter how simple, hard or ridiculous) they find the best answers and give the best advice. The reason I insist on purchasing all of my electronics at best buy is solely due to the Geek Squad.

    Ive had geek squad service a large tv, and service was quick no hassle , quickly fixed the issue with tv. The claim process was easy, overall would recommend.

    We are so glad we bought this for out TV Called and they came out ordered the part came back installed. Still had a problem We were able to purchase another tv and put the cost of the old unit toward it. Great job Best Buy

    Transportation problems

    Ordered 4 40" tvs all at the same time for a project. Everything was going fine until I opened the last box (#4). No image, just the line/shape screen, well actually I could see some of the menu to the left. Called Best Buy, said you're over 13 days, can't help you. Called Vizo next, at first they said 1 year warranty, but the next day and a few emails it was determined it was a Best Buy problem and they can't help us. Unfortunately we had to buy a 5th TV to complete the project.
