The geek squad has helped me several times with my purchases. They are great and well knowledged on several things.also the coverage of my purchases is worth the extra money.

Best Buy offers the best warranty. I will not buy electronics without purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. I’ve had a few large purchases that failed and Best Buy repaired or replaced my items just as promised. I suggest the extra expense for the protection to all my friends and family.

Its always been worth getting the warranty because you never know when things will break

Geek Squad is a most have. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

Geek Squad not able to help as product still under manufacturer warranty, but transfered me directly to samsung to get replacement

I purchased this Protection Plan for my 8K TV. I think it is worth it because BestBuy gives me the opportunity to deal with them directly instead of mailing stuff or 3rd parties. Specially, I have the piece of mind that if my TV needs to be replaced I will receive a new one instead of a refurbished one (It has happened before). In that case I rather buy a new one than getting something that has different defects of the one that I turned in (Specially with phones, it has happened more than once).

Peace of mind is priceless but I got xtended warranty at a great price

insurance is import for your belongs, i would not leave the store with out purchasing it.

This service is amazing for the cost. You can even bring in device’s that you didn’t purchase from Best Buy to get fixed. They will even install your car stereo system and if anything happens they will reinstall your original system which is included with the service. Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection!!!

Amazing and good service, I really like their knowledge

I purchased Geek Squad for a open box TV I purchased and I give me a since of comfort. I like knowing if i have any problems with a large expense item, its covered by professional technical associates. I've used geek squad services in the past with my laptop and their services helped me in the most necessary time, during college. Thank you Best Buy for having the a very reliable service, Geek Squad is great!

I always get the extended warranty on the higher price electrical items because the two times I have had to use it they did not give me any hassle at all. One of the items was a vacuum and because it was non fixable and no longer stocked (three years old) they gave me my full purchase price back on a gift card. Also other places make you use the manufacture warranty the first year before the extended warranty kicks in, but the geek squad protection handles all that for you.
