Great extended warranty on your brand new flat screen TV so if anything happens to it, Best Buy will fix it or replace it would recommend anyone

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

I always buy the Geek squad service with the hopes i never have to use it.

I replaced an older 50 inch Plasma TV with this Sony 55 inch and was completely amazed at the contrast, sharpness, and color brilliance of this TV. Even my Lady Friend enjoyed it that evening I installed it. The installation was easy as well considering how light it is. Now all I have to do is find more time to watch it!!!

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

Will never buy another TV without getting this protection plan, service is fast, reliable, and hassle free!

Includes burn in protection, 5 years is great for early oled tech that still have a small risk of burn in. I’ll be fully utilizing this if any burn in or dead pixels arise.

Good to have this, when needing answers to questions. Generally speaking, Geek squad people are very helpful. I have run into a few that were unable to answer questions, that I later found out were pretty common sense. Every one has different skill levels.

Ive had geek squad service a large tv, and service was quick no hassle , quickly fixed the issue with tv. The claim process was easy, overall would recommend.

We were smart this time and got the protection plan. We have gone through several TVs. We have kids and now I can relax knowing if another lego goes through my tv I’m not gonna stress out about it will be protected.
