I really this item it does its job really well made supurbly for its job

Not sure yet as I have yet to use my protection plan. It was a bit expensive. 300 for 5 years. I don’t usually buy protection plans, but since I spent nearly 1400 on a tv, I figured I would get the plan JUST in case...

Great protection plan. Gives me peace of mind that if anything goes wrong they will replace it. That's why I buy from Bestbuy specifically for the protection plan.

Sure, it a little expensive for TVs, but on the fifth year, I had to use it, and they were able to get me into a new best in class OLED Sony!!

I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. I have had to use them a couple of times, but they were always helpful ad able to either fix the problem or replace the product. Well worth the money.

I purchase the Geek Squad protection plans for all of my electronic purchases. I am very pleased with the help I get from the Geek Squad agents.

I’m OK with this warranty protection plan long as they do what they say they going to do I have no problem with it but we’ll see if something goes wrong.

We buy all our appliances from Best Buy and always get the warranty and Geek Squad protection and have never been disappointed. They are helpful and easy to work with.

I actually had to have a tv replaced. Geek Squad made sure I knew it had to be removed from the wall to get replaced.

picking up another x95j today as last 2 had problems, one had crack in screen and second had band down middle of screen, so picking another one up today, 2 year warranty is probably best to get although sam club and costo offer free 3 year warranty’s and 90 day return policy’s so i would like to see best buy’s policy’s on pair BUT only best buy will actually come to repair the tv in home, other stores ether ship it out for repair or replace entirely
