At the first sign of burn in, Geek Squad immediately swapped it out for a new TV

I've never needed to use the geek squad service plan that I purchased, but when you meet them in the store you know they are totally capable of handling any technical issues you may have with a variety of products. Definitely something I suggest with every purchase, especially those who aren't tech savvy, like me.

I had an issue. The Geek squad came rithe out. Great guy.

I bought a 40"LED TV Westington Brand 4 1/2 yrs ago in Best Buy plus the geek squad protection. About 3 yrs later.... that TV started to have problem, I called Geek told them the problem, and they told me there they would send a tech to my house to fix within 7 days. A tech called me that they ordered a part from the manufacturer, need to wait 7-10 days for the parts. He would contact me once the parts was here. I guess there is a policy stating after certain days If they couldn't fix your product, they will exchange a new one or if the product is out of stock, refund will be offered. I got the refund. But please keep your receipt for the proof.

So Far I have not needed to use this as the TV is working fine. I have only had it for about a month.

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

Alway purchase the protection plan. We have always purchased the protection plan for any and all appliances that we buy from this store. Have always received prompt and quick repairs or replacement.

Good in-store service. Product was unopened and no box damage.

Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation

I have been getting this plan on every tv that I have bought from Best Buy and it’s been a real life saver. It has helped me to replace the damaged or broken tv and be able to upgrade at that time as well. They also do the take down and set up to help out as well as take the old tv and box to dispose of for you.

Great quality, image is really need, excellent size for a living room, really fast, I would definitely recommended, and for the price you can't find a cheaper one.

This insurance is extremely important. After replacing another TV brand twice, I was able to replace my TV at no cost with a more reliable brand and of course, purchased insurance again as a precaution.

The mounting of the TV went smooth. Technicians were on time and cleaned up their area after mounting the TV

This is an EXCELLENT service is good to have you never know when you going to need it

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

Good to have for any device inconvenience that may and can occur.
