Geek Squad protection plans are affordable and give me that extra peace of mind with my Best Buy purchases. I am free to thoroughly enjoy my products without any worry, and I know that should anything unexpectedly go wrong with any of them, Geek Squad will keep me smiling and glad that I bought their protection. Worth every penny.

Usually I don't get add on protections except at Best Buy. I trust that they will honor their products. Years ago, I got a defective drive and I was offered either my money back or a brand new one. Since then I've always gotten Geek Squad protection.

We have had Geek Sqad for several years. Love that we can cover all of our devices. Any issues just take it in and drop it off. very quick and professional.

We purchased this just in case of technical issues or difficulties with our TV unit. Its better to have a back up on top of the limited warranty and I believe it is easier and convenient to schedule a service with the geek squad compared to the actual warranty company. At least that's what I heard from the actual agent as a tip of advice.

Worth every penny to protect your purchase when getting a new OLED TV.

The value of geek squad protection for the amount of years it covers is great. The amount of protection that is covered also makes it worth it especially when the future is unpredictable.

Thankfully we had a protection plan, as our less than five year old television failed. We were able to upgrade to a new TV at no cost. Best Buy provided excellent advice and service.

I have loved having the geek squad very very awesome service but I believe the price to much and it u pay for it, it should be the total best for the white purchase of what it covers

I bought the 5 year protection because I purchased a LG OLED tv and do alot of gaming and tv watching so I am glad to know I have added protection in case something happens.

If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

I have used the Geek Squad for many years and am so very happy with the service they provide. I am not computer savvy, but I don't have to worry about that. I get help from Geek Squad at my Best Buy store, online when I chat with them, or over the phone when I call. How covenient is that! They even bring the "tech lingo" down a few notches so I understand what they are trying to tell me. Couldn't live without them!

I purchased this unit to replace an older plasma that did not have a full tunner. This unit has a very good tuner with many built in apps. Sound is fair a sound bar would help.

We had geek squad before and loved the protection on our items as we purchase a lot of things from Best Buy and we have had a few items fixed and will replaced it if they cat fixed it

I used to be against extended warranties with the thought that it was just a waste of money. Then I married a woman that thought she could fix anything herself and typically did more damage. Now I buy the Geek Squad warranties on everything I purchase with implicit instructions that if it breaks, schedule maintenance!

My brand new LG TV (December) went out and Best Buy passed me along to LG because it was still under warranty. Best Buy would have had this already fixed, but now my TV is out, has been for over a week and the terrible repair people that LG passed me off on are saying that MAYBE sometime next week it will be fixed. TERRIBLE! Why did I pay Best Buy extra to protect it if they are not doing anything about my dead TV? I sure hope that 2 year protection plans restarts itself once my TV is actually operational again.

Well i did receive the information quickly and i haven't used it yet. I needed extra coverage just in case for years to come.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on consumer electronics if the cost of the product is substantial, or if the protection provides for cleaning, replacement, etc. I have used Geek Squad protection a couple of times and was satisfied to receive a replacement product through the local store without having to wait for one to be shipped from a replacement service center, or having to wait for the non-functioning product to be evaluated.

I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.
