Protection plan looks good compare to their competitors

I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I call with any questions (no matter how simple, hard or ridiculous) they find the best answers and give the best advice. The reason I insist on purchasing all of my electronics at best buy is solely due to the Geek Squad.

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

We haven’t had to use the service yet and hope we won’t need to but I’m sure it will be well worth the little we had to pay for it.

Trust me you will not go wrong with the geek squad protection plan I can honestly say they've honored everything I've sent their way with the protection plan. It doesn't get much better than that hard to find good companies like that nowadays.

So glad I got this protection plan! It paid for itself shortly after the first year when my manufacturers warranty ran out. In-home service was excellent. Unfortunately I had to buy a new plan with the new replacement TV.

The phone geek squad team was very helpful! Tried trouble shooting and determined that the t.v. was not repairable.

The tv has a great picture. It was easy to set up. It is still working very well. Sturdy construction.

The piece of mind my protection provides gives me a great deal of satisfaction. Knowing that I don't have to worry about anything failing over the next 5 years is wonderful.

Havent used so far but i Bought this additional plan for my worry free once i need help in future.Hope it will works like i planned

The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.

Don’t buy the product if you don’t buy the protection. They do a great job helping with anything you need

As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!

I can really appreciate the protection plan & the geek squad. It's really a great idea to get the coverage on everything. I had my tv almost a month something happened with red dots throughout the tv & there replacing it at no cost to be brand new. Always get the coverage!!

This was a great purchase. I don't have to worry if something goes wrong. If it does I can just pick up the phone schedule an appointment for the Geek squad to come out. I leave it to the professionals.

When I buy any electronics in Bes Buy I get a protection plan too. My experience with those protection plan is very good, fix the electronics or change it if can not be repair.
