Always always always get the protection plan! It has saved me twice when my tvs went down. I got a new tv each time with zero hassle.

Protect your investment, used to protect my 65” LG C2, I hope to never need to use this service but it is comforting knowing I am protected.

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

Love the product. My TV went out and they replaced my TV without and problem. It was delivered within 48hrs.

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

They replaced my Tv with no issues. Just had them come out take a look at it and told me they would replace it no problem!

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

I wish i would have knew how this works but anyway i am glade i got the service cause i needed it a month after purchasing but could not use it untill a year later the manufacturing warrenty last a year an had to be used 1st

It comes in handy its best to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.

Had 2 service calls, second one was needed for a line of pixels that went out.... GS team was very helpful and efficient! well worth the value!

The protection plan seemed like the thing to get especially after the price of the tv. I recommend getting the 2 year protection plan. I've read reviews saying that after about 2 months the tv goes out. hasn't happened to me but still its a precaution.

Previously I was against extended warranties however I had an issue with another TV I purchased several years ago and of course it happened 2 months after the manufacture warranty was not valid. It wont up costing me over $250 to repair and I had to wait a month. Geek Squad protection is worth it bc you never know when you might need it!!!!!

I generally stay away from extended warranties but one purchase I did take the warranty and low and behold I had an issue with my Sony TV and received a new TV since they stopped making the broken part-- all due to the warranty

Well worth the extra protection. My TV went out after 3 years and 5 days; I thought I only had a 3-year service contract but found out I had a 5-year. Replaced and reinstalled a new TV without any hassle.
