Having your items protected is very important to have.

I bought this tv for my mom, and she loves it. The quality is amazing, just purchased a smaller one for my daughter.

They mounted it ok just not where my wife wanted it. Not really their faults

Always always always buy the Geek Squad protection plan when buying anything that has to do with electronics, kitchen or car stereo from Best Buy. These plans help insure that you can always get help when something happens or goes wrong.

I always purchase a geek squad protection plan but I hate the exaggerated price, specially on protection plans for video game consoles, laptops, TVs and other expensive products, please lower the price and a lot!

Glad to have protection on my tv. Haven’t had to use it yet and hope I don’t have to.

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

I like the idea of in-home service. It would be a pain to dismount from wall to bring it in for service.

Easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it. The only concern so far was handled by the manufacturer.

I'm glad I bought the service plan on my Sony TV. It stopped working and I replaced it with a Samsung almost for free. I was very happy about that!!! I wish the remaining years of the old plan could transfer to the new plan, but they don't.

I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

Feeling very confident about geek squad service. That’s why I took the extra coverage.

So far do good. I had a small line issue. Call them thex came out and correct the small line issue. I will always call them if I need them. I will recommend the service to anyone.

Geek squad gives me peace of mind whenever I buy new technology. It's helped me several times and I either get a replacement or a fix.

Got this TV for my living room but ended up putting it in my bedroom. Easy to setup, picture quality is great. I would purchase again.

I haven't used this service yet. I bought it in case my tv has problems and will be covered.

I always buy the 5 year when purchasing my TV's. Every time my TV's die I am able to replace it which is wonderful. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the department is closed on the weekends if you want to get your transaction completed. I had to call that Monday to let Geek Squad know what was going on and you have to wait for a Best Buy card via UPS next day air by 5pm. That was the only draw back for me.

The seller was very friendly and explained everything well.

I purchased something and needed to return it, turned out I exchanged it for something else and the Geek Squad helped me figure out how to use it. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable!
