    No-brainer. Purchased one on a 65" Samsung TV for the living room and it started having dead pixels and it was repaired and and looks as good as it did new. Hoping won't need this one on this new TV; but it is great having peace of mind.

    I have not had to use the Geek Squad protection on this device, but I have needed it in the past for other products. And when you are having an electronics issue, the speed and capability with which the Squad fixes that issue is unparalleled imo.

    Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.

    Affordable protection service for TV

    Purchased protection service for TCL TV, but (fortunately) haven't had to use it yet. The TV was a Black Friday sale, and the 5 year protection plan was affordable. Peace of mind in case I have any issues with the TV in the next 5 years.

    2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection

    I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

    When it comes to buying expensive electronics, I have learned to add the option of additional warranty protection. It's cheap when added at the time of purchase, and it gives me peace of mind to know I'll get prompt and professional service conducted in my home. The Geek Squad Protection option is a great value.

    We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.

    Always get protection

    We always get our products protected and it has proven to be a god send. Have had to replace 2 TV's prior to expiry and what a deal! We are reimbursed if they cannot repair and you get a new one. You don't always need to use which is the preferred method - but if something happens you're protected!

    I like Insignia TVs, they're a very good value, but I have had things go wrong after the one year warranty (and have seen others have problems with other value brands). The low price of the extended warranty looks like good insurance. Best Buy was good about handling a problem I had with an Insignia TV while still under warranty, so I have some faith that they will do right by me if I need to use this extended coverage.

    Haven’t had to use but do know from past experiences that the geek squad is very good. Always helpful and will replace if item cannot be fixed. Option I would recommend on appliances, etc. depending on cost of item and geek squad price

    Always get get squad protection when it's available. Seems like products have a certain lifespan nowadays. Always comes in handy plus you get the new models of items if they have been discontinued. They also give you the money you payed for the item just in case you want to get an entirely different product.

    My Sony TV went out I had a 5-year contract it took 27 days to fix it without a TV it pretty well sucked so just remember if you purchase this warranty you will be in the same boat as I was

    I believe in warranties. If your TV breaks, bestbuy geek squad will give you back what you payed for or you get to put it towards a new TV.

    No haggle, straight cut and dry coverage. Past warranty transaction i brought my Bluetooth buds into best buy and explained the issue and they smoothly inspected and exchanged. Thanks Geek squad!!
