We are very pleased with the geek squad. If we had issues we were able to call set up an appointment and have them fixed. This was in our home and at the store!

Replacement plan is good to have just in case. I had to use it one time on another purchase and it covers it just like they say. I wouldn’t go without it.

I all ways have so kind of problem with my computer and they are all ways there when I call or chat on line and my problem is all ways taken care of as for the TV I have not had a problem. For the table there ways a black screen and it was not fixed so it was replaced.

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

Best thing about Bestbuy is the warranty and the customer service top-notch. I would recommend it to anyone.
