My sales person brought my TV to my truck let my seats down and make sure that my TV 75 inch fit in my truck

Guy came helped me with my tv he was great very helpful.. wasnt able to fix my TV but helped me get a new one on the same day

I always get a protection plan for any big ticket items. You never know what can go wrong. They are usually good at repairing or replacing items when things go bad.

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

My Geek Squad Service purchase was the best purchase decision ever because when I needed installation assistance I called the Squad and they were at my home in less than an hour and done in less than an hour.

I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

We bought the tv home and hooked it up our self. Discovered a line going down the screen.

Only purchase just in case something happens but never have needed it luckily

Thankfully I haven’t had to use it so far! Better to be safe than sorry.

Better coverage than other place’s protection plan

I refuse to purchase any item now a days without an extended warranty, due to the fact that most items are built with quality in mind first before the profit being made so with tailgate being said an Best Buy extended warranty will ensure you that you at least get your money's worth.

I highly recommend this product if you purchase anything of value. This is where Best Buy is second to none there was no hassle and I had the geek squad out within 2 days to fix my issue with connectivity.

The tv is a good one. I was looking for something to buy my kids and I found this brand. It is working great

I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.

Hope I do not need it, but when you put out this kind of outlay, knowing it's covered is great

I usually don't buy service warranty, however I chose to for this 65 inch TV. Mainly it offers in house service so no need to box up and send out. Knock on wood no need to use it so far. I like to call it Insurance.

Well I had other products I had bought from Best buy anf they always keep there word on warranty

Love this tv. It was perfect for my daughters bed room. She loves it. The picture is great. Definitely a great Buy

There was no way I wasn't purchasing Geek Squad Insurance for protection and peace of mind!!

I give them an excellent rating. My first LG TV failed after about 4 years. My Geek protection qualified me for full original price toward a new TV.
