The customer service was spot on as usual. I specifically wanted Geek Squad cause I believe they are cheaper then their new protection plan. That and they give awesome service.

the squad were able to replace my tv without issue. the squad removed the old tv, hooked up the new tv, and connected all of the other devices. very satisfied.

The agent set the TV up did a sort walk of how to operate TV and the function

Absolutely great warranty/protection plan for the money. You get five years of coverage on this TV and some peace of mind so you don’t have to worry after making such a sizable purchase Best Buy always has your back!!!

this first time they took care of me no issues but the secomd time geek squad lied so I will no longer be giving them or best buy my money ever again

I had a warranty with them on my old tv and when it suddenly stopped working they replaced it with a more expensive better tv

If it is broken then they can do their best to fix it. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and easy to understand.

Would recommend to purchase for certain higher priced items. Everyone always nice and helpful

Geek squad protection is a must wear any electronics Purchased at Best Buy you might think you don’t need it, until you do.
