Great protection .I had a TV go completely out they covered geek squad coming to my house and new TV. Only hastle was took a couple weeks get everything going .

Purchased the new LG oled 65 inch tv. Because there is a possibility of burn in on oleds, and LG does not cover that in their warranty. I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty that does cover burn in.

Very nice to have this service to play it safe when buying expensive items. Better than most other services that have been coming out recently. Highly recommended to pick this one up just in case

Additional warranty coverage for our new TV. Have not had to use it (hope we never do), but if something goes wrong with the TV, it's good knowing that we have extra coverage.

Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

Do t know yet haven’t had to use it the item is brand new so hopefully won’t have to for awhile

reasonably priced smart TV for a kids playroom, this one does the job. Looking at the side, the top of the tv is pretty slim, just wished the bottom was as thin, since its visible in this particular room. Also no RCA inputs for a gaming unit, had to use the component input so that used up that input.

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

As per manual, sounds likes reliable and easy in case anything goes wrong. First time buying this and bought for both vizio tv

When you buy a TV or and appliances you need the five year warranty deals for just in case

The representative offered it and explains why should i get it but did not push me for it.

Based on everything I've read, this is the most comprehensive protection plan one can find. I'm concerned about long-term durability of my new LG OLED and this plan covers everything I'm concerned about.

The try plan saved me when the mother board went out. They replaced my tv and we even upgraded for the difference.

Geek squad was very knowledgeable and helpful when my tv needed service. I was very impressed with their response.
