I am so glad I purchased the plan. At first I was not sure to get the plan but I am real grateful I did. I bought a brand new Tv and the main board was bad the geek squad tech ordered a replacement. If you have major money in electronics, you should have this.

Great to have the extra warranty, gives you a little peace of mind knowing it's there.

Geek Squad is Great, I could not get along without them. If I have a Problem I just give them a Call and it it needs to be repaired I can make an appointment and drop it off. GREAT SERVICE.

I always get the Geek Squad warranty for my larger ticket items. Can't beat the no hassle guarantee since the manufacturers rarely live up to the warranty and with a large item like a TV, it is impossible to ship around so the in store warranty is worth every penny.

Best Buy Geek Squad has the best protection plans on Electronics as well as they've got the best return policy, exchange, replacement, ect... I highly recommend getting Electronics from Best Buy & purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Have had bad luck with TVs in the past so I felt I needed this coverage. Too soon to know if it will be worth having.

I got this on my other TV. It had issues 4 years 7 months in. Best Buy refunded my full purchase price. The did not offer the model anymore. So I got the new Samsung to replace it.

Excellet warranty service. Techs from geek squad know their stuff.

Hopefully will not have to use it but adding it on to a inexpensive TV seemed like a no brainer…

I have used the Warranty on other products at Best Buy. It is well worth it. Awesome coverage. But i have not had to use the Geek squad on my new Samsung yet. But i have used in the past.

Great peace of mind in case anything happens to my 86 inch tv.

Always buy this as it is great opportunity to keep your mind at ease in case anything goes wrong

Absolutely worth thw money. It covered the tv and replaced it. They were great to deal with.

Without this, I would have needed to purchase a replacement. I love the service that I get. The only negative is that it takes a long time to get the repairs, done, but the quality of the repairs is good.

Always there if you need them. Very nice and helpful.

The installers were amazing and passionate about what they do. They showed me features that I didn't even know I had. They took the time to explain how my product worked and who to call if I had any issues.

We bought this for "protection" but have not had to use it.
