If you buy a TV from BB and want it installed properly get the Geek Squad to do it. The two young men sent out to my apartment to install my TV for me was the bum diggity! They knew what they were doing and did it quite well. Way to go Geek Squad!!!

This is very good I bought it in case something happens to my TV. I used it one time because I had a question about my TV. Geek squad called me back right away and gave me advice to fix the problem.

I always purchase Geek Squad service when purchasing computers, TVs or appliances. The Geek Squad is very responsive when I call them. I like the ease of making appointments and their in-home services.
