When we purchased our new product, we also wanted Best Buy's 5-year protection plan. So far (thankfully) we have not required it, yet it is comforting to know the protection plan is available.

I always get a protection plan when getting a tv. In the past I had experience minor issues with my TV after time and the protection plan covers me, even if they cannot fix it, they will give the value in gift card to get a new one.

So far so good as my tv for protection plan. But I have had before those tv without protection die out. And I thought let me have protection plan this time.

Easy to set up and great product really have enjoyed it

Have not used the geek squad as the television is running perfectly

Unfortunately I’ve found that not buying protection plans seems to be more expensive than buying them. Nothing seems to last as long as we expect anymore.

We haven’t used insurance yet, I hope won’t need it, but knowing that TV is insured, there’s not worry.

They show up on time. They are good and they keep in touch

I've been fortunate in only having to use Geek Squad once. I purchase this protection for all my purchases. With the added protection it they offer, it just made sense.

Geek Squad offers great protection at a fair price. Love knowing that we don't have to worry if we have an issue with our tv.

Oddly I'm being asked to review geek squad service when I have not yet had a need to use them.

Have never had any major issues with my computer, however they have always been very helpful minor fixes and simple questions. I’m not a computer Geek so they are very helpful.

Havent had to use the protection yet. But noce to have peace of mind.

Always good to have this extra protection encase something goes wrong.

When you spend your hard earned money on certain items. You can rest assured to know that you’re covered just in case anything happens suddenly accidentally without warning.

Love the fact that Best Buy offers extended warranties!! This give my family and I peace to mind to know should something go wrong, Geek Swuad would be there to handle the situation!

So glad I got this. TV broke, Geek Squad came out next day, couldn't fix it so they replaced the TV. Bonus - the TV I originally purchased was no longer available so they upgraded the TV and restarted my 2 year warranty with the new one.

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad Protection, such a small price for a piece of mind, whenever I purchase anything big from Best Buy I always go for the added protection plan.
