    Geek Squad always comes thru. Couldn't fix my tv set while I waited so they said to go find a new one. Very simple process and very pleased

    I had my new TV delivered and mounted on the wall (additional cost for the bracket) and had my Direct TV remote programmed for all of the Smart TV Functions, plus the 5 year protection plan.

    I feel secure with the feel squad. Protection plan. I like to have my products checked out once a year and if I ever have a problem the geek squad is available to me on line or in store.
