The Geek Squad crew came out and took the broken C1 and replaced it with the C2.

Very easy to replace tv within 2 year protection time. Just miscommunication on install of replacement

I haven't had to use the Protection yet but for $40 for 5 years I wont be upset if i dont have it. Better to have it then to need it and not have it. Only 4 stars since i haven't had to use it so i dont know if its easy and simple or a pain to resolve problems with the product.

Always get the geek squad protection had trouble with my TV they tired to fix it they couldn’t so they give me store credit
