Can't really provide an opinion yet, as we have yet to use the warranty. Obviously, the product has to break in order to evaluate the extended warranty service. But hopefully the warranted product will never have to be serviced under the warranty period.

So far I haven't had to use the geek squad protection.

This is a good value to have when you purchase items at Best Buy.

I have never paid for a extended warranty in my life I always thought they were worthless as the life of the product should last longer than what the warranty is offering. But I’m so glad I did. I had bought my dad a TV for Christmas and two years later some thing went out in it. I called the geek squad and they came out within a day and took a look at it. Unfortunately, my dad’s TV had been Discontinued. The part that they needed was unavailable. So they let my dad pick out a brand new TV comparable to the one that he had. Within a couple days they were back at the house installing and setting up the TV. I will always get an extended warranty on some things so expensive.

It was the best purchase I’ve ever had on a product. I had some problems with the television and they had a tech out right away to take a look at it.

I always purchase the extra protection for my electronics. I’ve used it in the past and it paid off well!

They try their best to make you happy. They are very aware and very attentive.

Haven't needed to use geek squad at this time. Maybe in the future

Make no mistake bout it...U Need 2 get it..we had a Lg HG, for3 yrs. Squad came to work on it, within a few minutes, after he left, had 2 call him back, 4 same thing. After 45 mins, he couldn't repair it. Went next day, got a brand new Lg..cost? 0. ALL modern electronics should be under and Extended Service Plan. From TVs to Computers, and Smart Phones, it seems, these days, that electronic devices can fail at a moment's notice. I've always believed in protecting my purchases with Extended Service Plans, and Geek Squad's Service Plans are no exception; I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan for all sensitive electronics.

I already used this on my new TV because of stuck pixels. I didn't want to have to take the tv back for an exchange, so i called geek squad and they fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes!

I like the protection best buy offers, always does a good job IF something goes wrong

They arrived on time. Did what they were supposed to do and gave an overview of the TV.

I have quite a few 5-year warranties I'm so far I will say that they have done me pretty good. My LG C1 had issues they came and fixed it no problem. I also have it for my 65-inch LG C3 and an 48-Inch LG B4. I hope to not have to use it and I hope that if I do have to but I won't have any problems. So as for now it's a four-star rating

Haven't had to use it yet, however I have never had an issue with using warrany services with Bedt Buy!!

Good option to have. Last tv lasted about 5 years before died.

Never had to use it with my TV,I did use it to replace some Skullcandy headphones, though,it was useful.
